S afari finally pissed me off enough to get around to bodging it. The trouble is, ‘command+W’ (close window) is too darned close to ‘command+Q’ (quit application), and of course there’s no warning on the latter.
A minute’s tinkering with Interface Builder later, and the ‘quit’ keyboard command is gone. Huzzah!
