Both these embeds are the same film, just at different sizes/quality settings. Try the larger one first. If it doesn't play smoothly for you, the smaller one is horrid to watch in comparison, but should be quicker and easier to download.

Download versions:

Quicktime H.264 HD (281 Mb). 720p high-definition version. Suitable for Vimeo or YouTube HD, and as a 'master' for compressing to other formats.
H.264 for iPhone (76Mb). This is the large version embedded above, and set up for delivery through iTunes directly to iPhones and video iPods.
Windows Media (80 Mb). Reasonable quality, for desktop viewing.
